ORDER
A customer's order is binding when it is received to All-Shop server. You can only change or cancel a binding subscription by All-Shop. All-Shop deliveries and payments comply with the delivery and payment terms and product price list in force at the time of ordering the All-Shop. The prices of All-Shop products are indicated on the website of the online store and confirmed in the order confirmation provided by the All-Shop. The price of the product is determined by the price in force at the time of ordering. The All-Shop has the right to change the prices of the products.
SHIPPING
The delivery time for products in stock is 3-7 business days. If the product is not available in stock at the time of ordering, we will ship the products as backorder.
The smallest orders are delivered by letter and larger packages can be picked up at the nearest office. Orders are delivered to the address which the customer has informed. The customer is responsible for the correctness of the delivery address.
PRODUCT RETURN
The customer has the right to exchange and return the product. All-Shop complies with the 14-day right of return and exchange for online purchases. The product must be returned within 14 days of the package being picked up. All-Shop does not accept return products that have been with the customer for more than 14 days. In such a case, the order is sent back with a postal information. The advance payment consists of return costs for us 8-11 € and re-delivery 8-11 €, total 16-22 €.
The product to be returned must be completely unused and all product labels must be in good condition. According to the product to be returned, a copy of the shipping list or a letter indicating the customer's name, address and order number, as well as the account number to which the money will be returned, must be attached. The product can be returned in the delivery package. Package must be carefully closed. If the product is returned in its shipping package, the old address information must be covered, and the return address added.
The return charge depends on how large the package is. The charge is from 8 € to 11 €. The return fee will be deducted when the money is refunded. Original shipping costs will not be returned. For orders placed on Paytrail invoices, we add the same expenses (8-11 €) and send an updated invoice to the customer by email. There are no costs to the customer for changing the product.

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. ORDER CONFIRMATION
The order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the subscriber.
INVALID DELIVERY
Oy All-Plast Ab is responsible for the statutory liability of the products. If the delivery is incorrect or the product is damaged, a notification must be made to our customer service without delay, either by email to info@all-shop.fi or by calling +358 45 203 1511. Customer service is open Mon-Fri from 9 am to 3 pm. The description of the error must be attached as reported. The Customer must return incorrectly delivered or damaged in accordance with the product's normal return instructions without any delay. The defective product is reimbursed to the customer free of charge by delivering a defectless product. If this is not possible, the price paid for the product will be paid into the account provided by the customer once the defective product has been received as a refund.
